• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 in value. 

• Free Shipping: 2–5 business days in transit.

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days in transit.

• Expedited shipping options are not currently offered at SimplyWoofy.com

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

• Free shipping may be offered if you meet certain criteria. We reserve the right to amend this criteria at any time.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or certain restricted locations.

• Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to carrier rules or state regulations.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

• While we work with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
