We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75 shipped to the United States. While we can ship orders to Canada, we do not have a free option at this time. 

Most of our orders will ship within 2-4 business days. We make all our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies ourselves so sometimes production times will be longer if we get an influx of orders. 

Our standard shipping method is through the United States Postal Service and takes about 2-5 days depending on your location. We ship from North Carolina, so orders going to the west coast will take longer than orders shipping to the east coast.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WooPay. All payments are securely processed through our partner, Stripe.

We have sizing information attached to each product listing. Most of our shirts will include sizing information in the last photo in the gallery.

We primarily ship our orders through the United States Postal Service which is available for free on orders over $75. We may utilize UPS for orders in some circumstances.

Orders shipped to Canada typically ship through UPS. We do not currently offer free shipping on orders placed to Canada.

No account is necessary to place an order with us. Shopping can be made easier if you use a payment service such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Woo Pay, but those are third party accounts not managed by us at Simply Woofy.

You should receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order through the link at the bottom of our website called “Order Tracking.” Some orders may take up to a week to ship if we have an influx of purchases or are short on supplies. If you haven’t received a shipment notification within one week please reach out to us so we can investigate for you.

All orders are final once shipped. If we haven’t shipped your order yet please reach out to us and we can try to modify your purchase as necessary.
