1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products

2. Process for Returns

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and, if you qualify, a return shipping label.
Ship the item back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For items returned with a prepaid label provided by us, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
